We do not host files
We do not host any APK files, videos or other media on our servers. Download buttons and references on this Site point to third-party sources. If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed by a file hosted elsewhere, you may also need to contact the hosting provider directly. Nevertheless, we will act on valid DMCA notices concerning links or content on our own pages.
Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice including the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material on our Site, including the specific URL(s) where it appears.
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send your notice
Please send DMCA notices via our Contact Us page with the subject line "DMCA Notice". We aim to review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to the material in question where appropriate.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a consent-to-jurisdiction statement. We will forward valid counter-notices as required by law.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for users who repeatedly post infringing material, where applicable.
Please note that knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to liability for damages. If you are unsure about your rights, consider seeking independent legal advice before filing.
